Content | 1. Données univariées - Rappels des bases sur les tests statistiques : exemple d’une comparaison de moyenne observée à une moyenne théorique, notion de risque et de conditions d’application (hypothèse de normalité des données : test de Shapiro et Wilk). - Comparaison de 2 échantillons indépendants : hypothèse d’égalité des variances (test F) en vue de la comparaison de 2 moyennes observées par le test de Student, tests non paramétriques de Wilcoxon (SR), test U Mann et Whitney. - Comparaison de 2 échantillons appariés : test de Student « apparié », tests non paramétriques des signes et des rangs signés de Wilcoxon. - Comparaison multiples d’échantillons indépendants: vérification de l’égalité des variances (test de Hartley) pour l’analyse de la variance à un facteur (Anova 1), test non paramétrique de Kruskal et Wallis, ANOVA 2 facteurs fixes et test non paramétrique de Friedman. 2- Tables de contingences test de chi2, test exact de Fisher, tests de tendance, test NP, indices de dispersion 3- Données bivariées Corrélation et régression linéaire (Pearson), corrélation non paramétrique (Spearman), 4- Données multi variées Analyse factorielle d’un nuage de points Analyse en composantes principales (ACP) 4. Principes d’expérimentation Les différents types de modèles. 5. Elaboration d’un modèle. 6. Exemple de recherche d’un modèle. |
