Nutrient requirements of tissues and cells grown under aseptic conditions, 4. In vitro culture technology: a. Application of in vitro culture: meristem cell culture, vegetative propagation, anther and pollen culture, protoplast culture. b. Biotechnology and plant breeding (protoplast fusion, haplo methods, somaclonal variation, somatic embryogenesis, embryo rescue, gene transfer, etc.). 5. Genetic aspects: conformity of material reproduced in vitro
