Content	Plant raw materials, source of secondary metabolites : - Plants with polyphenols - Plants with phytoestrogens - Plants with steroids and tri-terpenes - Plants with polysaccharides - Plants with various active constituents - Bio prospecting and discovery of new active ingredients - Development of protocols (based on scientific articles) for extracting plant molecules - Synthesis and/or liquid/liquid extraction and SPE of a bioactive compound from the phenylpropanoid pathway: chlorogenic acid - Analysis of extracted or synthesized compounds by UV spectrophotometry, HPLC, LC MS - Determination of cations present in mineral waters by ion chromatography
