Content	- General legal concepts (introduction to law, criminal law). - Presentation of Algerian legislation (www.joradp.dz, text references). - General regulations (consumer protection law, hygiene, labeling and information, food additives, packaging, branding, safety, preservation). - Specific regulations (personal work, presentations). - Control bodies (DCP, CACQUE, hygiene office, ONML). - Standardization and accreditation (IANOR, ALGERAC). - International standards (ISO, Codex Alimentarius, NA, AFNOR).
