Content | Teaching objectives: This standard aims to introduce the student to popular literature, in general, and Algerian literature in particular, and to explain the most prominent features of privacy and aspects of uniqueness in this literature, in addition to introducing him to the arts and types of this literature, as well as its relationship, influence, and impact on official literature. Content of the course: 1- The concept of popular literature and its particularities. 2- Issues of contrast, similarity, influences and exchanges between popular literature and official literature. 3-Literary issues in popular literature. 4- Author issues, collective consciousness, and oral narration in popular literature. 5 - Algerian popular literature and Arab and foreign popular literature. 6- Folklore, Arab heritage. 7 - Algerian popular literature and Christianity. 8- Arts of Algerian popular literature: the folk tale. 9- Arts of Algerian popular literature: popular poetry and colloquial poetry. 10- Arts of Algerian popular literature: popular proverbs. 11- Methods for studying popular literature: contextual approaches to the arts of popular literature. 12- Methods for studying popular literature: systemic approaches to the arts of popular literature. -13 Folk literature and the challenges of writing civilization. -14 Folk literature and the challenges of the civilization of images. Evaluation method: The directed worker evaluation is continuous throughout the semester.
