Content	Education objectives: The objectives of this course are to provide students with a comprehensive vision of language functions and skills, and to explore and stimulate students’ talents. Training them on teaching methods and curricula, and linking the educational material to life and the interests of the learners. Content of the course: Lecture vocabulary: 1 Definition of terms: information technology, digital library, digital documentation, equipment, software... 2 - A historical overview of the digital library and the requirements for electronic documentation. 3 - The digital library, its goals, features, need for it, problems of converting to the digital library and electronic documentation. 4 - Digitization and electronic preservation techniques. 5 - Search and retrieval techniques in the digital library. 6 - Paper library and electronic library. 7 - Problems of research in digital libraries and electronic documentation. 8 - Digital books and magazines and the scientific problem. 9 - Digital books and the future of the paper book. 10 - The future of the digital library and electronic documentation. 11 - Field applications, quotation, referral, marginalization. 12 - Methodological applications. 13 - Methodological applications 14 - Methodological applications. Evaluation method: The evaluation of directed works is continuous throughout the semester. Material references: (books, publications, websites, etc.): Review of the Internet (digital library and electronic documentation)
