Content	The microbiology course introduces students to the invisible world of microbes (bacteria, fungi, algae, viruses). It covers various aspects related to the morphology, structure, nutrition, and growth of microorganisms, enabling students to acquire knowledge about the appropriate conditions for their development and the necessary methods to control them. This course is accompanied by tutorial sessions that reinforce the concepts learned in class, as well as practical laboratory sessions that familiarize students with laboratory techniques.
Evaluation	Continuous assessment and semester exam.
