Content | Chapter 01. PARABOLIC EQUATIONS : Explicit scheme, implicit scheme, approximations of initial and boundary conditions, consistency, Stability and Convergence. Chapter 02. ELLIPTICAL EQUATIONS : Discrete Maximum Principle, uniform and non-uniform central schemes, study of convergence. Chapter 03. HYPERBOLIC EQUATIONS : Lax-Wendrof scheme, C.F.L convergence condition, Hartree schemes, Crank-Nicolson, error estimation. |
Evaluation | - Final exam = 67% - Continuous work (33%) = Micro interrogation (12 points) + Participation (06 points) + Discipline (02 points) ■ Students should be informed of the following point: - Each Absence reduces the grade for continued work. |
