ملخص:
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لإبراز الاهمية لمختلف نماذج ونظم الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير العملية التعليمية، حيث تناول الباحثان الاطار النظري والفكري للذكاء الاصطناعي ليتم بعد ذلك عرض خصائص برامج التعليم المعتمدة على الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاته المستخدمة في العملية التعليمية وادواره في تطوير هذه الاخيرة، حيث أن أهم ما خلصت له هذه الدراسة عدم امكانية انكار مساهمة الذكاء الاصطناعي في الارتقاء وتطوير التعليم عبر تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي المستخدمة في التعليم من محتوى ذكي وأنظمة التعليم الذكي والواقع الافتراضي و الواقع المعزز، و الذي هو دور مرشح للتطور بشكل كبير في السنوات اللاحقة. رغم ذلك يجب مسايرة هذا التقدم التكنولوجي بروية وعقلانية حتى تسلم المدرسة من سلبياته التي ولاشك لن يخلو منه.

Abstract:
This research paper aims to highlight the importance of different models and systems of artificial intelligence in the development of the educational process, first they dealt with artificial intelligence and its conceptual and intellectual framework followed by the characteristics of educational programs based on artificial intelligence and its applications in the educational process and its involvements in the improvement of the latter. The most valuable conclusion of this study is that it's impossible to deny the contribution of artificial intelligence to the advancement of education through intelligent applications, from smart content, sophisticated learning systems, assumption and enhanced reality, and its role considered one major candidate for a spectacular progress in subsequent years. Nevertheless, this technological progress holds some disadvantages so it’s imperative to accompany the school in q rational and cautious way.
