Abstract

These lessons, on their modesty, provide an overview of talent and competency-based human resource management and how it differs from traditional human resource management in terms of approach and application. Therefore, at the end of this program, the learner will be able to:
- To study the main distinguishing features of talent and competency-based human resource management from traditional human resource management;
- Using various models to develop employee competency profiles.
