In order to face the big challenges of the globalization, the Algerian society knows big changes, in which the reforms of the high educational system(especially with the LMD system) became a necessity, to make the university more performant and more competitive through the improvement of the quality of the superior formations and their opening on the exterior world. This research has a great relationship with these changes in order to bring contribution; while trying to bring solution to the one of the big problems met by the new graduates that come to the university, to follow their studies in one of the scientific and technical branches. These students arrive to the university with a luggage widely insufficient in French which make them face big difficulties to make progress in their studies and their success .so, this present work, enters into the framework of the elaboration of a program of French on specific objective to help the students of the electric branch with its different options, to obtain necessary competences in a restrict time, in order to succeed in their university carier.
