Abstract
تسببت جائحة covid-19 بضرر اقتصادي كبير يتجاوز التداعيات الصحية المباشرة للفيروس، حيث كان
لها تداعيات على الاقتصاد العالمي وخاصة على أسعار النفط العالمية. هاته الأخيرة حققت أسعار سلبية إضافة إلى
تضرر الاقتصاديات الريعية من الجائحة، والتي ترتب عنها انخفاض في الإيرادات مما جعلها تواجه صدمة مزدوجة من
الجانبين. هذا ما استوجب على جميع دول العالم اتخاذ مجموعة من الإجراءات لمجابهة هذه الجائحة.
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على تداعيات الجائحة على أسعار النفط العالمية وأسباب انهيارها. كما سعت إلى
إبراز الجهود العربية والدولية المبذولة للتخفيف من أثارها على اقتصاديات الدول.

The covid-19 pandemic has caused great economic damage, which goes beyond the
direct health repercussions of the virus; it had repercussions on the global economy,
especially on oil prices. Where the latter achieved negative prices in addition to the
damage to the rentier economies from the pandemic, which resulted in a decrease in
revenues, it made these countries face a double shock from both sides. This is what
required all countries of the world to take a set of measures to confront this pandemic.
This study aimed to determine the ramifications of the pandemic on oil prices and the
reasons for their collapse. It also sought to show the Arab and international efforts
exerted to mitigate its effects on the economies of countries.
