Abstract
تسعى الباحثة من خلال هذه الدراسة النظرية إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية التعليم عن بعد في الجامعات الجزائرية كبديل للتعليم التقليدي أو الحضوري للحد من انقطاع التعليم في خضم جائحة الكوفيد- 19 بعد الغلق الشامل للجامعات، المعاهد و الكليات احترازا لتفشي فيروس كورونا. و في هذا الصدد وبناءا على الدراسات العلمية السابقة في هذا المجال ترتكز محاور الدراسة على تحديد المتطلبات الضرورية للتعليم الافتراضي لضمان جودة التعليم العالي و كذا الكشف عن المعيقات التي تواجه أفراد الجامعة الجزائرية من متعلمين و معلمين و التي تحول بينهم و بين استخدام منصات و برامج التعليم الافتراضي، إلى جانب التشديد على مدى نجاعة هذا النمط الحديث من التعليم في تعزيز و تطوير النظام التعليمي و ضمان استمرار التعليم العالي.

Abstract
Through this theorical study the researcher seeks to highlight the importance of E-learning in the universities of Algeria as an alternative to traditional learning or presentiel to restrict drop-out amid COVID-19 pandemic after the lockdown of the universities, institues and faculties. In this regard and in the light of the previous scientific studies in this field the hubs of this study focus on identify the necessary requirements of virtuel learning in order to ensure the quality of higher education, in adition; detect the obstacles faced by Algerian university members learners and teachers which prevent them from accessing to virtual learning platforms and programs, furthermore; emphsizing the effectiveness of this learning modern pattern in promoting and developing educational system and ensuring the continuity of higher education.
