Abstract
Global business is changing at an accelerating pace and junior professionals hardly have time to adapt to a new company, a new competitive environment or new operational requirements, therefore, our research targeted the challenges faced by young workers from lack of experience, the complex corporate world, and business education that is too theoretical and out of sync with daily corporate needs, to achieve the research goals, we decided to focus on the role of universities in their ability to make their students’ degrees more engaging and practical by blending traditional economic and business doctrines with real-world experiences and operational challenges, thus helping to better prepare students for the world of work.
