Abstract
Through this scientific paper, we dealt with the subject of cyber-bullying, trying to identify the concept of bullying, its origins and the most important patterns.
We have concluded that cyberbullying is any intentional harm and aggression inflicted on the victim by another bully, and it is frequently, through one of the information and communication technologies, and its effects are often severe on the victim, from psychological and nervous harm that may lead him to isolation and hatred. To self and to others, which must be confronted by intensifying the efforts of the family, the school, and the community with its institutions concerned with the field.
