Summary :
As an imperative necessity, outlined change aims at increasing efficiency within the administration as well as enhancing the opportunity to cope with the problems as they arise. Human societies are constantly evolving and their survival relies upon cohesion and balance among their organizations. The scope of change is holistic and based on a general path of development along with its philosophy and general directions. Henceforth, a holistic change necessitates a change in management methods in the interest of development .
