Abstract: Motivational benefits systems are the measure that the state relies on in attracting the national and the foreign investors. Besides tending to provide the investment laws with multiple mechanisms that contribute significantly to more activation of these benefits and by which it guarantees an excellent investment environment. Therefore, the state is always struggling in order to achieve diversification of the economy within a comprehensive and stable vision. Through this research, we are trying to discuss the most important updates brought by the Investment Law 18-22 based on restructuring motivational benefits systems within a set of comprehensive mechanisms for the completion of investment projects within the framework of strengthening free initiative and ensuring transparency with the generalization of digitization and interest in modern technology and intellectual property and other mechanisms through which the state seeks to achieve comprehensive and continuous investment development in which it overcomes previous obstacles and imbalances.
