Video Explaining the Hosting of Startup Projects (Decree 1275) on the Incubator Server

Greetings,

We inform graduating students who are startup project holders registered in the incubator under Ministerial Decree 1275 that a public web server has been prepared to host their applications that have reached the prototype stage at the following address:

https://incubator.univ-soukahras.dz

We also draw your attention to the publication of a detailed video for developers explaining the hosting process, with examples including:

  • PHP application based on Laravel
  • Python application based on Flask
  • Example of a remote debugging session using AI

Please note that this hosting service is intended for prototypes ready to apply for the “Startup” or “Innovative Project” label from the competent authority. It is not intended for:

  1. Projects that are still under development and have not yet reached the prototype stage, which should remain on the developer’s computer.
  2. Projects that have entered the production stage and require external hosting along with professional services such as backup.

في إطار مخطط العمل المشترك بين وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي

نُعلم الطلبة الخريجين، أصحاب مشاريع الشركات الناشئة المسجلين في الحاضنة ضمن القرار الوزاري 1275، عن تجهيز خادم ويب عام لاستضافة تطبيقاتهم التي وصلت مرحلة النموذج، وذلك في العنوان:

كما نشدُ انتباهكم إلى نشر فيديو مُفصل للمطورين يشرح كيف تتم عملية الاستضافة مع أمثلة على

  • PHP app based on Laravel
  • Python app based on Flask

نُذكر أن الاستضافة تكون للنموذج الجاهز لطلب علامة « شركة ناشئة » أو « مشروع مبتكر » من الجهة المختصة، وليست مخصصة (1) للمشاريع التي ما زالت قيد التطوير ولم تبلغ بعد مرحلة النموذج، والتي تبقى على حاسوب المطور (2) ولا المشاريع التي دخلت طور الإنتاج والتي تتطلب استضافة خارجية مع خدمات احترافية أخرى مثل النسخ الاحتياطي.

يوم تحسيسي  » منتجات آمنة-مستهلكين واثقين »

في إطار تنفيذ برنامج عمل وزارة التجارة الداخلية وضبط السوق الوطنية بمناسبة شهر رمضان المعظم ، وسعيا لترسيخ ثقافة الإستهلاك الرشيد ، نظمت مصلحة النشاطات العلمية و الثقافية و الرياضية يوما تحسيسيا توعويا لفائدة الطلبة حول ثقافة الوعي و الإستهلاك المسؤول .

وقد شهد هذا النشاط تقديم محاضرة قيمة من طرف الأستاذ : تمنجاري سفيان .

ويهدف هذا اللقاء إلى توعية الطلبة بأهمية إحترام شروط السلامة الغذائية ، و تفادي التبذير و إعتماد سلوك إستهلاكي متوازن يحفظ الصحة و الموارد و يعزز روح المسؤولية الفردية و الجماعية.
