ملخص الدراسة :
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على معوقات تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19 من وجهة نظر الطلبة بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة سوق أهراس، حيث وظفنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث، من أجل ذلك وزعنا استمارة استبيانية على طلبة المعهد الكترونيا للتكون العبنة من 37 طالبا ممن أجابوا علبها، لتعالح البيانات احصائيا بواسطة برنامج spss 19.
توصلنا الى أنه توجد معوقات ادارية وبشرية ومالية وتقنية وفنية تعيق تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19، كما لا توجد فروق بين رؤيتهم لهاته المعوقات وفقا لمتغيرات الجنس، التخصص، المستوى الدراسي، والسن، وعليه نوصي بضرورة تشجيع الطلبة على الانخراط في التعليم الالكتروني كوسيلة للتعليم والتحصيل الدراسي وتقوية البنية التحتية للجامعات لاحتضان التعليم الالكتروني، واعتماد التعليم الالكتروني كأحد الأنماط التعليمية في الجامعة واعتماد الحضور فيها كالحضور في الجامعة. كذلك بحث آليات تفعيل التقييم الالكتروني للطلبة.

Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the obstacles to the application of e-learning in light of the Covid 19 pandemic from the point of view of students at the Institute of Science and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities at the University of Souk Ahras, where we employed the descriptive analytical method for its relevance to the nature of the research. 37 students who answered their boxes, to treat the data statistically by using the spss 19 program.
We concluded that there are administrative, human, financial, technical and technical obstacles that impede the application of e-learning in light of the Covid 19 pandemic, and there are no differences between their vision of these obstacles according to the variables of gender, specialization, academic level, and age.
we recommend the necessity of encouraging students to engage in e-learning as a means of education and academic achievement, strengthening the infrastructure of universities to embrace e-learning, adopting e-learning as one of the educational patterns at the university, and adopting attendance in it as attendance at the university. It also discussed the mechanisms of activating the electronic assessment of students.
