ملخص الدراسة :
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم برنامج تمرينات لتأهيل بعض حالات الانزلاق الغضروفي الجزئي بالمنطقة القطنية، المنهج المتبع لمنهج التجريبي، التساؤل العام هل للتمرينات المقترحة اثر في تأهيل بعض حالات الانزلاق الغضروفي الجزئي بالمنطقة القطنية، أدوات جمع استمارة جمع بيانات لقياسات القوة العضلية والمدى الحركي. جهاز الديناموميد الالكتروني لقياس القوة العضلية. مقياس التناظر البصري (لقياس درجة الالم. المجتمع اشتمل مجتمع البحث على بعض المصابين بالانزلاق الغضروفي من الرجال الذين تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 25 إلى 40 عاماً ولا تستدعي حالاتهم التدخل الجراحي، العينة اختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية، قوامها 18 مصابة بالانزلاق، أهم النتائج إن البرنامج التأهيلي له تأثير إيجابي على المصابين من أفراد المجموعة التجريبية، إن التنمية المتوازنة للقوة العضلية ومرونة المفاصل واستطالة العضلات لها تأثير هام في زيادة الكفاءة الحركية للفقرات بالمنطقة القطنية وأيضاً مفصل الفخذ. التنوع في استخدام تمرينات المرونة والإطالة العضلية وتمرينات القوة العضلية كان لها أثراً إيجابياً على تحسن الأداء الوظيفي للعمود الفقري ومفصل الفخذ.
