ملخص الدراسة :
باركور بالعربية الوَثَابةبالإنجليزية (Parkour) ‏وهو مجموعة حركات الوَثَب يكون الغرض منها الانتقال من النقطة أ إلى النقطة ب بأكبر قدر ممكن من السرعة والسلاسة، وذلك باستخدام القدرات البدنية، وقد وُجد الباركور الوَثَابة أساسا كطريقة جديدة ومختلفة لتخطي العقبات مثل الحواجز أو الموانع (obstacles). وهذه الموانع يمكن أن تكون أي شيء مما يحيط بك من فروع أشجار أو صخور أو قضبان حديدية أو حتى جدران. يعرف ممارسو الباركور الوَثَابة بـ(ترايسوورز traceurs) بالعربية الوثبان مؤدى رياضة الوثابة أو المتوثب فاعل الوثابة.
يعد الباركور من الأنشطة البدنية التي يصعب تصنيفها، فلا يوضع في خانة الرياضات المتطرفة (extreme sport) ولكن يمكن الإشارة إليه على أنه فن كما هي الفنون القتالية. فبحسب (ديفيد بيل)David Belle) ) واضع أسس هذا الفن، فإن روح الباركور تقودها فكرة "الهروب" حيث تتولد في هذه الحالة الحاجة إلى سرعة البديهة والمهارة للخروج من المواقف الحرجة. إحدى سمات الباركور الرئيسية هي الكفاءة أو الفعالية (efficiency)، والمقصود بها هنا أنه لا يتحرك بسرعة فحسب، بل وأيضا يتحرك بالشكل الذي يستهلك أقل قدر ممكن من طاقته، ويوصله إلى هدفه بشكل مباشر. وتقاس أيضا كفاءة الترايسوور بقدرته على تفادي الإصابات (injuries)سواء الطفيفة منها أو البالغة.

Abstract:
Parkour in Arabic in English (Parkour), which is a group of jumping movements whose purpose is to move from point A to point B as quickly and smoothly as possible, using physical abilities, and parkour was found mainly as a new and different way to overcome obstacles such as barriers or obstacles (obstacles) . These obstacles can be anything from tree branches, rocks, iron bars, or even walls. Parkour practitioners are known as "traceurs" in Arabic, the jumper, or the jumper
Parkour is a physical activity that is difficult to categorize, as it is not placed in the category of extreme sports, but it can be referred to as an art as it is a martial arts. According to (David Belle) who laid the foundations of this art, the spirit of parkour is led by the idea of "escape", which generates in this case the need for quick wit and skill to get out of critical situations. One of the main features of parkour is efficiency or effectiveness, which is meant here that it not only moves quickly, but also moves in a way that consumes the least possible amount of its energy, and delivers it to its goal directly. The efficiency of the trisaurus is also measured by its ability to avoid injuries, whether minor or severe.
