Abstract

Abstract: Through this study, we aim to assess the impact of electronic medical records systems on maximizing the health value of the institution under study in light of the Corona pandemic, as we highlighted the importance of using these systems as they constitute a comprehensive database for managing patient information for all clinical and administrative purposes,, for this purpose, we relied on the descriptive and statistical approach through the use of the questionnaire to address the opinions of a sample consisting of 42 respondents in the public hospital in Ibn Rushd, We have found some technical and behavioral problems that do not negatively affect the maximization of health value through electronic medical records systems.
