Abstract
Woman has now access to virtually all domains. This new reality has led to heated debate over the feminization of agent names.
The research in this area has taken two patterns, on the one hand, trying to understand question, and the other, trying to describe it, analyze it within the francophone space with its complex diversity, characterized by the contact of different languages and cultures which generate neologisms specially when there is an urgent necessity to name an existing reality.
The strategy to tackle this problem through language seen from the social view point and grammar combines two contradicting approaches, one is connected to norms of foreign language, and the other is the result of innovation of society with its diverse practices based on the need for visibility of woman and the simplicity of the language.
