Abstract
The environment of the business took a change in a spectacular way during the period of the knowledge. And each of the participations and the technique increased the rhythm of competition between the local and international institutions which work in a creative way. And for the moment the understanding of the process of innovation is concerned with the knowledge of the method. Which build a body of human knowledge within the company is to call capital human being. And in this context, we exploit the talents of the individuals and their intellectual energies to create products and services and also new methods of work.
As a consequence, this study aims at identifying the impact of the innovation of the management of the human resources with the prospect of 100 workers belonging to 34 various Algerian companies. The research concluded two important results:
1. Institutions suffer from a lack of process of innovation;
2. The most influential factors in the innovation at the level of companies: the use and the employment; the creative thought, to attract the talents, the evaluation, and the working conditions.
