Abstract
Abstract :
It can be said that the institutions themselves have become focused on the risks they face, how to measure them and their impact on their operations, and the different methods of managing them, which highlighted the role of the management of these institutions in developing the necessary policies to determine the appropriate level of risks. In order to manage risks efficiently and effectively, a strategy is formulated that constitutes an integral part of the general strategy of the institutions to achieve the necessary supervision and guidance for the conduct of work within an appropriate regulatory work environment and to rationalize the decisions taken that clarify the position of the institutions\' management on risks.
In this study, the descriptive and analytical approach was adopted, in the theoretical part, in order to accurately describe many concepts related to the subject, and to achieve this, the field study was used to embody the subject on the ground. Therefore, this study aims to highlight the effectiveness of using the financial and discriminatory analysis method in predicting financial risks. A field study was conducted targeting a sample of hypothetical economic institutions. Reducing financial risks and improving their performance.
The study concluded that financial risk management is the function that guarantees economic institutions survival and continuity under complex and volatile environmental conditions.
