Abstract:
This study aims to identify the internal strategic diagnosis in building the international growth strategies of the Algerian Industrial Corporation, In order to achieve this, I adopted the measurement of internal strategic diagnosis - as an independent variable - relied on four fundamental dimensions: Organization\'s capabilities and resources, organizational structure, organizational culture and career diagnosis.
While, I adopted the following four dimensions to build international growth strategies as a subordinate variable: Export strategy, contractual agreements strategy, FDI strategy and strategic alliances strategy.
The study included thirty (30) frameworks at the industrial institution Condor in the state of Burj Bouarij, Algeria, between 2019 and 2021. Where I used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, I distributed 41 questionnaires to a sample of tires in this institution. After a period of time, only thirty (30) frames were answered. The total questionnaires valid for statistical analysis. And For data processing, the SPSS23 Social Science Statistical Package Program was used to analyze questionnaire data
Based on statistical methods, the study found a series of results, most notably:
• The Foundation\'s frameworks agree on the importance of internal strategic diagnosis in building international growth strategies
• Internal capacities and resources play a key role in building and defining the international growth strategy of the considered institution.
• The institution depends on export as a key strategy for international growth.
• There is a correlation between internal strategic diagnosis and building international growth strategies in the institution under consideration.
Finally, through its findings, the study concluded a series of suggestions, the most important of which are:
• It is essential that the institution\'s officials recognize the importance of internal strategic diagnosis as it plays a key role in defining the enterprise\'s strategy.
• The institution should adopt other strategies for international growth similar to export.
• Focus on the importance of eliminating obstacles confronting the institution as it enters international markets.
• The State should improve the system of laws that stimulate productive institutions with strategic benefits to open up prospects for international economic integration in order to develop the national economy.
