Biography
Djamel Fadel was born in 1953 in Skikda (Algeria). He is an agricultural engineer specialized in landscaping. Professor in the Department of Agronomic Sciences of the Taoura Agro-Veterinary Institute of the University of Souk-Ahras. His main interests in the field of environmental management and landscape. He is the author of several scientific articles and educational and research books
